Panic Attacks - They're No Joke

If you suffer from panic attacks, you'll know how it can lead to paralysis. This condition may be the cause of much trouble, and never know when they can occur (even if some events and configuration to be activated). Consequently, it can be difficult to enjoy life and to delete on your daily activities. Whether working at home or in an office, may be vulnerable (the risk is less at home, of course) and that "time bomb" is always there.
A surprisingly large number of people suffering from these attacks, and seems in recent times become more frequent, that the pace of life seems to be faster and people seem more and more pressure to be to make every effort to make enough to survive to work, and all tasks of the family is expected of them. This is particularly relevant for mothers, of course. As a phobia is an irrational panic attack in response to a situation or circumstance that seems harmless to most people, but also brings terror to the mind of a victim of the panic attack.
As a former patient, I can relate to anyone with this condition. It can "play, getting to know you," and can really leave you exhausted. After this happened, I just wanted to be left alone for a while until I get my composure back. And it seemed to constantly live in a "Twilight World", inhabited by imaginary fears and obstacles overcome. And these insurmountable obstacles everyday tasks that would have cost my colleagues here, as they did every day. But for me the same task (for example, say - brings a record for a particular office) to do would be a "death sentence" his mortgage.
This is perhaps over-dramatized here, but believe me, when panic sets that have a devastating effect on the victim. And recovery may be very slow and time consuming.
It can be a source of great shame if it occurs in a public situation, with a number of spectators. If you experience a panic attack, do not hesitate to describe him as a "wild overreaction" or something like that be, but be aware of the reality of this condition.
